The purpose of this activity is to introduce or reintroduce people who are blind or have low vision to warm water based exercises. The program is designed to verbally describe movements in the water rather than relying on visual instruction.
To be eligible for this program participants must be blind or have low vision. This program is held fortnightly on Wednesdays from 12:30pm - 2:30pm.
