
The Integrated Health Promotion (IHP) Network provides a platform to assist agencies to work collaboratively on identified priority areas. In 2009, the membership decided to focus on two state-wide health promotion priority areas for 2009-2012:
An Integrated Health Promotion Plan for GVPCP for the next three years has been developed, which reflects the mix of interventions and health promotion activity being led by a range of partner agencies, in particular agencies funded for health promotion in the GVPCP catchment.

GVPCP’s role is to build the capacity of member organisation to implement integrated health promotion programs that focus on the GVPCP strategic and health promotion priority areas.

GVPCP Community Profile - The profile provides information on local population health data to assist with planning, writing reports and funding submissions.
