The Healthy & Wise project is a collaborative initiative undertaken by FamilyCare in Shepparton and Seymour, Uniting Care Goulburn North East in Wangaratta and Upper Murray Family Care in Wodonga.
Operating as part of the Victorian Department of Human Services Well for Life in Caring Relationships initiative which is a component of the broader Well for Life strategy, this initiative is primarily focused upon the provision of a health promotion program to support ageing people involved in caring relationships.
